DFM review

We assess wall thicknesses, demoulding and gating in your drawing – and tell you honestly what is feasible.

Build tool

Cavities, tool steel and approval process are matched to your component, not to a standard routine.

Sample

Sample parts are inspected and the process window is approved for series production.

You receive an inspected, documented component made in the approved process.

What data does ATOR need for an initial review?+

A 3D model, a drawing with functional dimensions, required material, annual quantity, visual requirements and planned series start provide the best basis.

Can an existing tool be transferred?+

In principle, yes. Condition, ownership, interfaces, documentation and suitability for the intended machine must be reviewed in advance.

Does ATOR support plastics-compatible optimisation?+

Yes. Demoulding, wall thicknesses, radii, ribs, gating and tolerance-critical areas are considered during the manufacturability review.
