An economical injection-moulded part results from the interaction of component geometry, material, tool, process window and quality inspection. We consider these factors together and manage the project through to repeatable delivery.

// TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
// FROM DRAWING TO SERIES PART
We assess wall thicknesses, demoulding and gating in your drawing – and tell you honestly what is feasible.
Cavities, tool steel and approval process are matched to your component, not to a standard routine.
Sample parts are inspected and the process window is approved for series production.
You receive an inspected, documented component made in the approved process.
// QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION
// FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A 3D model, a drawing with functional dimensions, required material, annual quantity, visual requirements and planned series start provide the best basis.
In principle, yes. Condition, ownership, interfaces, documentation and suitability for the intended machine must be reviewed in advance.
Yes. Demoulding, wall thicknesses, radii, ribs, gating and tolerance-critical areas are considered during the manufacturability review.
