We manage quality, scheduling and delivery through to completion.

Requirements from
industrial practice.

The following examples illustrate typical tasks that match ATOR's service profile. They are intentionally anonymised and provided for guidance – they are not published customer references.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING · CNC MILLING

Precision fixture for an assembly unit

Starting point
Complex aluminium component with fits, threads and defined reference surfaces.
Project approach
Technical drawing review, design-for-manufacture coordination, 5-axis machining and dimensional report.
Quality focus
Functional dimensions, positional references, surfaces and clear documentation of the agreed characteristics.
PLANT ENGINEERING · TURNED/MILLED PART

Media-carrying shaft for recurring requirements

Starting point
Corrosion-resistant material, tight runout requirements and multiple machining steps.
Project approach
Material and feasibility review, combined turning and milling, deburring and final inspection.
Quality focus
Runout, sealing surfaces, material certification and repeatable manufacturing for follow-up orders.
AUTOMATION · SMALL SERIES

Component family for a handling unit

Starting point
Several related components with different geometries and surfaces.
Project approach
Consolidated technical clarification, coordinated manufacturing sequence, surface treatment and delivery in sets.
Quality focus
Interface dimensions, clear identification, completeness and scheduled provision.

Specific materials, tolerances, quantities and documentation are confirmed for each project based on the original documents.

Start with
one component.

You do not need to award a large manufacturing package straight away. Send us a representative drawing – we will review the requirement and show you what working with ATOR could look like in practice.

01

Review without obligation

We assess feasibility, material, tolerances, quantity and the required documentation.

02

Make a clear decision

You receive a project-specific quotation and know exactly what ATOR will handle before placing the order.

03

Start in a controlled way

An initial order or a small start-up quantity creates a reliable basis for future requirements.

Before manufacturing
clearly defined.

Quality does not begin with final inspection. We agree the decisive characteristics and required documentation with you before preparing the quotation.

01

Inspection characteristics

Critical dimensions, tolerances and functional characteristics are clearly defined.

02

Material & surface finish

Material, heat treatment, coating and marking according to the drawing or agreement.

03

Documentation

Inspection reports, material certificates or initial sample documents are included in the quotation where required.

04

Delivery capability

Batch size, recurring requirements, packaging and target date are incorporated into production planning.

Incomplete documentation is welcome too. We clarify open points personally and can handle your data under an NDA if required.

What buyers want to know
before making an enquiry.

Can ATOR sign an NDA?+

Yes. Confidential drawings, specifications and commercial information can be reviewed on the basis of a non-disclosure agreement.

What does ATOR handle in a project?+

ATOR manufactures your components and assumes full order responsibility – from technical review and quotation through manufacturing and quality control to delivery.

What information is required for a quotation?+

Ideally: a drawing, 3D model, material, quantity, annual demand, surface finish, special inspection requirements and target date. We clarify any missing details together.

Can the manufacturing process be optimised?+

Yes. As part of the technical review, we assess the material, geometry, tolerances and suitable processes to identify an economical manufacturing route.

Can I test ATOR with an initial component first?+

Yes. A representative component, pilot series or agreed start-up quantity is a practical way to begin. This allows the technical coordination, component quality and collaboration to be assessed before a larger series requirement.

What quality documentation is available?+

Depending on the component and agreement, inspection reports, material certificates, initial sample documentation and other project-specific documents can be included in the scope of supply.

You have the drawing.
We manufacture the component.

Send us your documents. ATOR reviews the requirements confidentially and prepares your quotation as your Austrian partner.
