// FROM DRAWING TO DELIVERY
Provide the drawing or 3D model, material, quantity and target date.
We clarify feasibility, tolerances, quality and possible optimisations.
ATOR defines the production process, machining steps and inspection sequence.
You receive a transparent, project-specific quotation.
We manage quality, scheduling and delivery through to completion.
// TYPICAL PROJECT PROFILES
The following examples illustrate typical tasks that match ATOR's service profile. They are intentionally anonymised and provided for guidance – they are not published customer references.
Specific materials, tolerances, quantities and documentation are confirmed for each project based on the original documents.
// EASY COLLABORATION
You do not need to award a large manufacturing package straight away. Send us a representative drawing – we will review the requirement and show you what working with ATOR could look like in practice.
Request an initial component review ↗︎We assess feasibility, material, tolerances, quantity and the required documentation.
You receive a project-specific quotation and know exactly what ATOR will handle before placing the order.
An initial order or a small start-up quantity creates a reliable basis for future requirements.
// QUALITY TO REQUIREMENT
Quality does not begin with final inspection. We agree the decisive characteristics and required documentation with you before preparing the quotation.
Critical dimensions, tolerances and functional characteristics are clearly defined.
Material, heat treatment, coating and marking according to the drawing or agreement.
Inspection reports, material certificates or initial sample documents are included in the quotation where required.
Batch size, recurring requirements, packaging and target date are incorporated into production planning.
// A FASTER ROUTE TO YOUR QUOTATION
Incomplete documentation is welcome too. We clarify open points personally and can handle your data under an NDA if required.
// FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes. Confidential drawings, specifications and commercial information can be reviewed on the basis of a non-disclosure agreement.
ATOR manufactures your components and assumes full order responsibility – from technical review and quotation through manufacturing and quality control to delivery.
Ideally: a drawing, 3D model, material, quantity, annual demand, surface finish, special inspection requirements and target date. We clarify any missing details together.
Yes. As part of the technical review, we assess the material, geometry, tolerances and suitable processes to identify an economical manufacturing route.
Yes. A representative component, pilot series or agreed start-up quantity is a practical way to begin. This allows the technical coordination, component quality and collaboration to be assessed before a larger series requirement.
Depending on the component and agreement, inspection reports, material certificates, initial sample documentation and other project-specific documents can be included in the scope of supply.
