ATOR reviews every manufacturing enquiry on a project-specific basis. The scope of services, technical specifications, prices, delivery dates, payment terms and other contractual terms arise exclusively from the relevant written quotation and the terms incorporated therein.

Technical documents

Drawings, models, specifications and quantity information are used for technical review and quotation preparation. Changes to this basis may require a new review and calculation.

Feasibility and tolerances

Technical statements on the website are general guidance. Only the materials, dimensions, tolerances, inspections, documents and scope of supply confirmed in the specific quotation are binding.

Confidentiality

A separate non-disclosure agreement may be concluded before particularly confidential documents are submitted.

Priority of individual agreements

Individually agreed contractual terms and the specific quotation take precedence over general information on this website.
