Data
PDF drawing and STEP model recommended

A robust manufacturing route.

01

Feasibility

We review your drawing for geometry, tolerances and critical characteristics – and tell you honestly what is feasible.

02

Technology

Machine, clamping and machining sequence are matched to your component, not to a standard routine.

03

Production

The first part is measured and approved before series production starts.

04

Release

You receive an inspected, documented and cleanly packaged component.

Inspected for the characteristics that matter to your component.

A fast route to technical assessment.

What data do you need for a quotation?+

Ideally, a dimensioned PDF drawing, STEP model, material, quantity or annual requirement, surface finish, quality requirements and target date.

Are prototypes or single parts possible?+

Yes. We assess single parts, prototypes, ramp-up quantities and series by project and select an economical manufacturing route.

Can surface finishes and secondary operations be included?+

Yes. Anodising, hardening, coating, grinding, marking, cleaning and further steps can be included in the complete scope of supply.
