2. Hosting and server logs

The website is provided via OpenAI Sites and delivered using technical infrastructure that may include Cloudflare services. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed, in particular the IP address, time, requested URL, volume of data transferred, browser and device information, and referrer. Processing serves to provide the website securely, reliably and without errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Contact and manufacturing enquiries

If you use the contact form, we process your name, company, business contact details, selected service, project description and any files submitted voluntarily in order to review and handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for business communication and documentation.

4. Form submission

FormSubmit is used for the technical transmission of form enquiries. The entered data and attachments are transmitted to the service and forwarded to ATOR by email. According to the service provider, form submissions may be stored for up to 30 days. Please submit particularly confidential documents only after prior coordination or conclusion of an NDA.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Data is received only by the internal departments and technical service providers that need it for operation, security and processing of the enquiry. Where service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, this takes place on the basis of the applicable statutory transfer mechanisms.

6. Storage period

We store enquiry data only for as long as necessary for processing, pre-contractual measures, possible contract performance and statutory retention and documentation obligations.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. For the privacy notice, the browser merely stores that the notice has already been acknowledged. If analytics, marketing or embedded third-party content is added in future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

8. Confidential documents

A separate non-disclosure agreement may be concluded before confidential drawings, specifications and commercial information are submitted.

9. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, please contact office@atorindustries.com.

10. Right to lodge a complaint
